How many bundles do I need?
The number of hair bundles you need will vary depending on the hair texture and your desired volume.
- For lengths 12"-20": We recommend 2 or more bundles.
- For lengths 22"-30": We recommend 3 or more bundles.
Other factors to consider are your installation method. If you are using a closure we would recommend 3 bundles.
Do you have Ktips / Clip-Ins?
At this time, we do not offer Ktips. However, we have noticed that many professionals purchase our hair and create their own Ktips or Clip-Ins extensions.
What should I do if I encounter high customs/import fees?
If you refuse the package due to higher-than-expected customs/import fees, please note that it may be returned to us. However, there could be complications, and in some cases, the package may be disposed of according to local guidelines. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance if you encounter this issue.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information so you can monitor its delivery status. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
How do I know when a product will be back in stock?
Select the hair texture and length you desire, then click “Notify me when this is available”. Next, follow the instructions to sign up to receive back in stock notifications. This will ensure you are the first to know when the hair texture is available again.
How should I care for my Dhair products?
T o ensure the longevity of your Dhair products, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Gently detangle hair before washing.
- Use sulfate-free and moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
- Allow your hair to air dry if time permits
- Avoid excessive heat styling.
How can I track my order?
