The Origin Story

Dre didn’t initially plan on hair becoming his career — it found him through necessity and love for the women closest to him.

After moving to Mississippi as a teenager, he noticed his mom and sister weren’t getting the looks they deserved. That frustration turned into a quiet promise.

As he recalls:

“I told God, if you give me the ability to do that, I’ll make sure they was on point. And it just started from there.”

What began as care for family evolved into a calling — one rooted in service, pride, and making sure the women in his life felt seen.
